It is October 11, 2010.
How are you acknowledging or honoring this event?
I'm going to come out to someone. Not sure whom that will be. Social media won't count.
Stay tuned …

In honor of NCOD I will be flying from Chicago to Pittsburgh to do my part in fusing the LGBT community with the straight community in the name of performance art. As a lesbian performing artist I usually don't mix my audiences out of fear of confusion. This will be my first time mixing the two in honor of the LGBT's victims of discrimination. I will also be doing a book signing for my new book Lesbian Chronicles: The Black Life at a predominately hetero poetry event. Please come out and support the cause “UNITY!”
