Are Lesbians a Little Too Tart?

Did you feel a lot of pressure with January’s NaBloPoMo?

As I wrap up my fourth month of continuous daily blogging, I have to admit that January was a pressure month.  A few times, I felt pressured to come up with something – anything – to write about on my blog. Other days, the ideas were flowing. I don’t suppose that’s any different than other month really. Knowing I had made a commitment did force me to try harder, to dig deeper, to push the boundaries of what a blog can be for a blogger.

Yesterday, my doc told me that I have the flu so I’m trying to write this final post with that hindrance. Basically, I ache a lot, sleep a lot and feel completely uncomfortable with the ambiant temperature. But ibuprofen, fluids and rest are all I can do. Plus, did I mention how boring that is?  I want to celebrate the Lunar New Year tonight, but that might mean takekout Chinese (which I can’t taste) and watching Groundhog’s Day on Netflix.

However, I do have this:

Homemade "Orange Julius"

Last night, Ledcat went to the store and purchased the ingredients for homemade OJs because I was grumping about ice cream and not tasting food. So I made some today and they aren’t bad. A nice change from Gatorade. A little too tart but everyone says that about the lesbian correspondents, right?

Looking forward to February!
