Day 181 is in the bag

We drove up to Mercer County to visit Ledcat’s mom. She made a Sunday supper that we ate in the driveway on opposite ends of an eight foot table.

It was delicious. And very much needed by all of us.

I spent an hour repairing her electronics so she could Zoom with grandkids and read Kindle books. I was sprawled on the living room floor with her cats assisting, enjoying a cool woodsy breeze hinting at fall days ahead.

She was a good sport posing for this funny pic:

When we came home, I found a pile of Amazon boxes with 1200+ brown paper bags for the MasQUe ProjecT.Sweet reward!

It was a good day. I felt accomplished and useful by fixing the devices. It was a relaxing change of scenery but in a familiar and comfortable space.

Yep, we wore masks the entire time and stayed distant. Only one of us was in the house at a time. Windows wide open.

Of course, I fretted a bit. What will happen when we are in cold weather?
