ISO recommendations for housecleaning services. Ideally:

• LGBTQ friendly
• likes cats and not allergic to them
• non-smoker
• willing to use our cleaning products and no scented items or bleach (asthma)
• available during weekdays
• liability insurance
• willing to move things to clean under them such as a toaster or unopened bottles of juice on floor nothing heavy or ridiculous like furniture (some companies don’t move items)
• someone who focuses on cleaning, not organizing, decluttering, etc.
• has references (some companies won’t share client information)

no dishes, no laundry, no pet duties, no putting away our stuff, no bedmaking, no heavy lifting

We will pay $20-$30/hour with four hour minimum every other week. I am home, but I’ll stay out of your way and won’tinterrupt you with chit chat. We have lots of supplies and tools. Willing to purchase needed tools.
