Urgent, Urgent, Urgent. We’ve only had one volunteer and that’s not going to be enough to pull this off.

• Volunteers Task One – pick up medium size donation (SUV/Truck/Van) in New Kensington and transport to Manchester ** Important

• Volunteers Task Two – sort and label donations, seated job Thursday anytime between 9-7 Thurs & Fri

• Volunteers Task Three – schlep donations down a flight of stairs, into a UHaul and then unload in backyard 1-3 Thurs &Fri

• Volunteers Task Four – set up tables and distribute items Friday 1-8

• Volunteers Task Five – prepare for rain (tarps, etc)

• Volunteers Task Six – distribution and sale day Saturday 6 AM – 1 PM

Items Needed

• MANY TARPS
• 2 very long electrical cords suitable for outdoors (Fri-Sat)
• Donation of 48 bottles of water (Fri)
• Donation of a case of tote/reusable bags (does your company have these?)
• Towels, sheets, blankets
