OMG. I can’t believe Rick Santorum is still relevant … I mean LEADING candidate at this point. What is wrong with America? The man lost his Senate seat by 18 points.
I”m not even sure how to say this. He’s nuts. He’s absolutely beyond the normal crazy and I know crazy. His views are based on fairy tales and myths. He doesn’t have actual policies. He thinks we are stupid enough to think there’s such a thing as “blah people” or that its an actual justification to explain away his racism. He wants to lock and chain our wombs and superglue aspirin between our knees. I say we, but I’ll probably be rounded up and sent to one of the states that went for Romney to prevent the lesbianation of further women. Until he manages to dismantle public schools, I’m sure vaginal ultrasounds will be mandatory viewing right after the pledge and before morning announcements. I could go on and on.
Meghan McCain thinks he’s nuts, but she also believes he’ll stand no chance against Obama.
Tony Norman isn’t so sure that people actually see he’s nuts.
So, how did Mr. Santorum make it this far? How is his candidacy even possible in the modern world? Some pundits refer to his “likability” compared to his rivals. What are they talking about? What has he said or done during his surge that paints him in any way as likable?
There’s some Rick Santorum derangement syndrome going around all right, but it’s not affecting me.
Well, I guess I gotta take my lumps and say that the homosexuals who worked for him might deserve what they get. Sure they will be protected, but they have lots of gay friends. Do they really think they can buffer us/them from a Santorum driven Administration? No. And I don’t think they would be protected for very long. I just can’t see a “blah” gay man, even one who took on Tony Norman, fairing well for long among a society being taught to hate him on multiple levels.
Supporting Santorum because he would more easily lose to Obama is not okay. I used to think it was amusing. Now I’m appalled.
And I’m hiding the aspirin.
